First Apply two layers of base coat on your nails. I used OPI base coat for natural nails. This will protected your nails from yellowing and staining (since we are using dark colored polishes).
Now apply a black coat (two coats).
Now apply the gold glitter. Do NOT stroke the polish on because you want the glitter to be thick on your nails. Dab on the polish so you can control where the glitter goes. Apply two coats (make sure the first coat dries completely before you paint on the second coat).
Then apply a top coat for a shiny and sparkly finish ( I used Essie Top Coat).
